  • Million Dollar Potential in Ruvol I have invented a Board Game [still unpublished and not yet out in the market] that is guaranteed to be far more challenging and exciting than CHESS. I called it “RUVOL.” Over time, Ruvol will surpass chess as the “Number One Board Game in the World.” Why am I so sure about this? Because I am an avid chess player myself. The weakness of chess is it always starts in fixed positions that the opening moves become “memorizable.” In fact, not a few have so mastered the moves that they can play against their opponents “blindfolded.” It is for this very reason that the great Bobby Fischer introduced his so-called “Fischer Random Chess,” where the starting position of the pieces is “randomized” to make the memorization of openings impracticable. Fortunately, it is also for this reason that I invented Ruvol where “every game” has been calculated to be a challenging one to play. HOW IS RUVOL PLAYED? Ruvol is played somewhat like chess. It is played by two players. It uses a board that is rectangular in shape but contains more number of squares than chess. It has equal number of pieces on each side of the board, where each type of pieces moves in distinct ways. However, if the way to win chess is to checkmate the opponent’s king, the way to win Ruvol is to be able to cross a designated line. But there’s one big advantage Ruvol has over chess: The Ruvol pieces don’t have a fixed position at the start of the game. It is the players themselves who dictate the starting position, depending on the strategies they have planned before the game starts, making it impossible for any clever player to memorize the opening moves. A MILLION DOLLAR POTENTIAL IN RUVOL! The people who play chess will be the same people who will play Ruvol. In my Google search, I learned there are around 800 million chess players in the world. These 800 million players comprise the “Total Potential Buyers” of Ruvol across the globe. At an average profit of just US$3 per set, the “Global Income Potential” of Ruvol then is US$2.4 billion. Assuming only 1% of it will buy each year, the annual global potential sale of Ruvol is US$24M. I AM LOOKING FOR AN INVESTOR! For the reason that I don’t have the resources to publish Ruvol on a global scale, you might be interested to have the exclusive right to manufacture and market Ruvol globally under a “licensing agreement.” Or better yet, just “BUY MY COPYRIGHT” and Ruvol is entirely yours. Email me at: Thanks and God bless! RODOLFO MARTIN VITANGCOL The Ruvol Inventor

  • Sorry, but if you have to kiss your employee's ass to have them perform at a high level... Who cares about your wife/husband/kids, they're not working at the job! What difference does it make, none.. Your employee loyalty is to the job not to the fact that my boss knows my wife and kids!! They know them, cool! But it's not what will make or break a company! That's the problem with everything right now, everyone wants to be a special snowflake... Yet the result is not there just look at the chaos and data number downhill since 08 ( and to be honest way before)! Start by doing your job to the level and standard and then maybe the boss will pay or give you more attention 'cause you're worth it... Stop thinking backward!! The Same Mentality as Gary Vee, you'll fire your best employee 'cause your lesser talent are jealous while I promote them, ship them to another department and watch you complain and bitch yourself to termination!

And after a few personal changes we started goin places and bamn... we won one and another And another and so on .. and then we won a championship we were pleased with that... it made me more hungry!! But now I see how that happened and am looking to better ourselves and as a team

But conversely the more they know what drives a person ( likes and dislike, idiosyncrasies ect. ) the easier it would be to actually direct & get the production they looking for 🤔🤷‍♀️ unless of course its driven by an egotistical need of some distorted perspective. . • It would be great to see more people actually listen to the clip before commenting. His experience is well worth learning from. The only caveat to Pat's message is that the employer needs to have a business worthy of attracting top prospects. It's no use building loyalty with mediocre staff. Going 5 layers deep and building a company culture with a two dimensional sales force is not going to get you anywhere. Build a business or at least a business model that will bring you "quality" loyal staff, a team of racing huskies not a pile of poodles waiting to be fed.

  • I'm an introvert. I don't want to get to know my people 4-5-6 layers deep. I don't want to know them that personally. It just opens the door to them becoming too comfortable and likely to share things I have no interest in knowing about them like politics. Getting a general sense of their hobbies and knowing their family/kids names should be about enough. On the other hand, I'm big on not micromanaging, treating people equally, explaining the "why/WIIFM" behind requests to help motivate, and being understanding and flexible when my employees need it. That's been sufficient to earn trust and build a good team.

  • I just did a similar video on leadership, but for IT industry specifically. The thing is, not every tech guy can make a great manager/leader/business person/entrepreneur. I’ve seen so many people who could make it, but didn’t: because of micromanaging, because of not understanding how things work, etc. You really need to build a team you can rely on, because you cannot possibly replace every role in the company and do things on your own. Ah, so much to be said here.

    Olga PogozhevaOlga Pogozheva4 oy oldin
    • @sparcx86 Channel I agree with you. Before I started my company, I worked for a tech guy who thought he's a thought leader. In reality, he was shallow-minded, easily offended, not welcoming any contradictive thought, firing everyone on the go kind of fella. He made the entire company watch scientologists' videos and tried to push "living for a company" ideology, when in reality, he didn't understand that the product was his, not ours. And unless we receive equal share, don't expect equal effort and care. But he couldn't get it. WHY, with all the perks he provided, his employees still didn't worship him or the PRODUCT? "You should BELIEVE and LIVE for what you do, and not just receive paychecks for dumb coding!.." he would say. We even had the PRODUCT's BIRTHDAY celebrated in the company (like it was a living thing - and mind you, it was just a regular VPN solution). My, my. Such a poor deranged guy. I never had this policy in my team. Having been an employee, I do understand that everybody looks after their takeaways, always. All I care for, is that people in my team are paid on time, and deliver results in return. And of course, I'm the go-to person for them, for any issues of theirs: documents, legal advice, family situations, etc. Somehow I've built a "family type" of a company. For a small team, it works.
