whats the smartwatch he's wearing?
I don't know why don't you look at my circumstances and tell me how tough you'd be in that situation? I have access to money and things to make myself better but I don't even have enough to get myself up off the ground right here to even access those things so why don't you tell me what I should do?
11:00. Shaq was big and mean. Shaq competed in a weight class less than his. Equivalent in boxing would be heavy weight competing with feather weight or light weight. A better sport for his weight class would have been football (american rugby). And he was mean about it.
Nice shirt. Plain and simple. Best way to be in life and in style. FACTS!!!
Great video! Thanks Pat
Getting smashed of a wall when ur 8 years old is pretty tough
Wonderful insight
Great content, love the way this guy carries himself.
Oh man, Patrick, I like you a lot and appreciate your content so much.
Patrick my personal mentor >3
Pat is obsessed with “toughness”. If you need books and videos on how to be tough you must be the biggest bitch ever.
I just heard a sermon by Levi Lusko titled "Five Minutes Longer", where he talks about enduring pain and proactively waiting and preparing with patience. And he obviously quotes Ralph Waldo Emerson. I watched that sermon "YESTERDAY" and now this. God works in mysterious ways. And I have notes on both! Thanks for sharing your insights sir. God Bless.
💗

Right wingers are weak AF.
I can hold my breath for 2 mins.

Wow you’re wife is savage! I couldn’t do it! My mom had 4 kids with no epidural because they don’t have a choice! Lol. I just opened my own business and it’s been tough but I always try to stay positive and not give up! It’s definitely more mental!!
You are right.

Mental toughy touffguy, toughy toughguying the touffy tuff. At a certain point being tough isn't important. And taking life seriously hahaha you got to be kidding. Life's tough it will beat you easily its being able to take the ass kicking and try again. Everyone knows the as soon as you're about to recover it kicks you're ass again. Its setting a trap for life to accidentally kick your ass up the ladder.
At 6:45, I completely disagree with your thinking on that subject/ person. It doesn't mean that the person was not mentally strong because he/ she couldn't conceal their pain (assumed), some people have chronic issues that make them look stressed in the face. If you never talked to that person about what could be possibly be bothering them then you have no frame of reference to judge them, your theories don't apply for everyone bro. The strongest people I know of are vulnerable at times, and people go through real adversity, you obviously hadn't been through tough enough times because you would have the depth/ emotional intelligence to understand that in people. Every strong person ain't stoic 100% of the time, and you shouldn't fire someone/ threaten their job because you don't approve of how their damn face looks. You're not as deep as you think you are, and need to reconsider how you think about some things.
One of the best videos on UZworld!
As my Africa dad always says "Never let them walk through your mind with their dirty feet"

Million Dollar Potential in Ruvol I have invented a Board Game [still unpublished and not yet out in the market] that is guaranteed to be far more challenging and exciting than CHESS. I called it “RUVOL.” Over time, Ruvol will surpass chess as the “Number One Board Game in the World.” Why am I so sure about this? Because I am an avid chess player myself. The weakness of chess is it always starts in fixed positions that the opening moves become “memorizable.” In fact, not a few have so mastered the moves that they can play against their opponents “blindfolded.” It is for this very reason that the great Bobby Fischer introduced his so-called “Fischer Random Chess,” where the starting position of the pieces is “randomized” to make the memorization of openings impracticable. Fortunately, it is also for this reason that I invented Ruvol where “every game” has been calculated to be a challenging one to play. HOW IS RUVOL PLAYED? Ruvol is played somewhat like chess. It is played by two players. It uses a board that is rectangular in shape but contains more number of squares than chess. It has equal number of pieces on each side of the board, where each type of pieces moves in distinct ways. However, if the way to win chess is to checkmate the opponent’s king, the way to win Ruvol is to be able to cross a designated line. But there’s one big advantage Ruvol has over chess: The Ruvol pieces don’t have a fixed position at the start of the game. It is the players themselves who dictate the starting position, depending on the strategies they have planned before the game starts, making it impossible for any clever player to memorize the opening moves. A MILLION DOLLAR POTENTIAL IN RUVOL! The people who play chess will be the same people who will play Ruvol. In my Google search, I learned there are around 800 million chess players in the world. These 800 million players comprise the “Total Potential Buyers” of Ruvol across the globe. At an average profit of just US$3 per set, the “Global Income Potential” of Ruvol then is US$2.4 billion. Assuming only 1% of it will buy each year, the annual global potential sale of Ruvol is US$24M. I AM LOOKING FOR AN INVESTOR! For the reason that I don’t have the resources to publish Ruvol on a global scale, you might be interested to have the exclusive right to manufacture and market Ruvol globally under a “licensing agreement.” Or better yet, just “BUY MY COPYRIGHT” and Ruvol is entirely yours. Email me at: rodolfovitangcol@gmail.com. Thanks and God bless! RODOLFO MARTIN VITANGCOL The Ruvol Inventor
Love your background. Where did you get that?
Removing the soft people from around you, is a great place to start and by soft I mean the quiters. You don't need them, that's how it is !

I like too suggest you could brings this topic up and have some past experience people and experts to prepare those who can't work through this life experience . It's truly a detrimental issue a family experiences when a couple can't work through it. I am sure you being in one and seen the distruction it causes to a family and the family of those who are involved with it. Your topics are spot on and I think you bring value to your viewers. Pathetic. Salesman is telling people how to act. This country is full of heartless people already. It has nothing to do with whining, people need to do the job not to be Mr. Universe.
My dad was on the 1959 Walker Cup American Team that won in Scotland...they say it's still the greatest team (golf) to this day. He won the Porter Cup 2x (Tiger Woods won once). When my dad was in the thick of the game, his concentration was incredible...pain wouldn't have been an impediment...he spent his summer vacations practicing every day to become the sportsman and then businessman he was...it was about discipline and having goals. He was also a big proponent of positive thinking.
Thanks Pat. I really needed to hear this conversation. You are a blessing
Incredible video! 💯
When I was prepped and fit for surfing, maximum time under water just over 2 minutes. On empty lungs just under 30.
If you're going through hell keep going-Churchil

Patrick trying to save the vagina. LOL
I haven’t seen many of your videos before this one, but you earned a new subscriber my guy. I respect your work
Thank you for the amazing content. I needed this. I want to be mentally tough and an executor!

9:35 IMMENSLEY POWERFUL to me. Thank you Pat
This is th real truth, and I thank you and your wife.
I am tough , I step on legos barefoot
This is the realest talk one man can give to another. God bless you brother!
I liked the clip for the Wife giving birth naturally. My wife did it with an epidural & natural. She said natural was a little more painful, but she could control the push WAY more & have better feeling on what to do. Natural is the way!
Thank you, I needed this one.
MIND BLOWING FIIREE
To be successful you have to be Mentally tough and.. be your own cheerleader 🎉😉
Pain is such a rush Patrick Bet David. Breakfast Club Movie, Judd Nelson.
That's the dopest painting/drawing in the background
Surviving things and pushing through things is one thing, but however I find it hard to want to live with what I’ve gone through with enthusiasm. People Often times think people are soft when they don’t know the pain they go through. It’s easy to call someone soft if you haven’t experienced what they have. only thing keeping me alive is I’m a single dad God gave me her and I MUST be her father. However I’m a zombie because other than the MUST to be her dad I really would rather not live with all this pain, and no pleasure for a long period of time. I guess maybe one day things will start to feel good again and something good might happen. Idk if anything except my daughter has happened that was good in the last 3 years to me. I am certain I would not have survived without her though because my life isn’t really mine to give up.
I go hard like Vladimir Putin ))
A lot of people get soft because of drug abuse. No one's talking about it though. I've never met a drug-free person that was too soft.
pat you are the man. thank you for sharing
Pressure sucks, but it is a test. Death in ur dreams. You need to get tested and then act. Results you end up getting. ‘Soft’: no backbone, they claim values but compromise, they go back on word when push comes to shove. Take the pain 5 minutes longer Reaction to tough situation. Memory remembers 3-5 times u acted under pressure.
All births are natural, but... I had a epidural, 8 hours of pitocin because I only dilated 3cm not enough for a 9lb baby. C-section. Your wife is a warrior. Much respect.
it doesn't matter how big or small you are....if you have weak mind you're done....but if you have strong mind.....you survive
Excellent!!
Thank Mr Business man 😊
How tough am I? I had a bowl of nails for breakfast... without any milk.
Happy Thanksgiving...I just watch this video and think you spoke to my soul. This video is what I have to be thankful for today!!!
Great channel
On point. Thx
God bless you. Thank You for another great video.
💪🏾
I ate a bowl of nails for breakfast. . .without any milk.
Amazing man🧐
The matter where you are at or what you have achieved the next thing you do needs to be tough.
You nailed it Patrick.
By this, Trump is one tough cookie.
I disagree on the direct relation of the physical pain vs. emotional pain. There’s a difference with mental toughness form psychological/mental toughness. Though some people may have both toughness.
My take: 0:25 Handle the pain for another 5 minutes 2:32 Prepare for every battle 5:12 Never use your pain for attention 8:01 Tests decide your future 10:50 Softness becomes a habit 13:38 Fight to the very end 16:17 Your actions have consequences for others 18:15 Keep your word 20:26 Test your limits
Tough I haven't drank in 13 years and haven't through this bullshit! Will power! was born natural lol my mom said my dad didn't even have his scrubs on lol! Congrats your family is beautiful! And thank you for all your help so awesome
Is that the Shah of Iran in the painting? It's really cool by the way. A lot of great thinkers in that painting
Hi Pat, I'm 32 and I've been following you for roughly two years now. You're my "online dad", thank you!
The reason I've gotten anywhere is because most of my peers are soft. I'm not very smart but I don't stop and not afraid to loose. It's like a fist fight. If you are willing to take a punch, people don't throw them at you very often.
Mental toughness level Normal person - 1 David gogins - 1000
Love the new direction of the channel. Every one afraid to talk About what we talk about now
This video is what this country needs at this time...If you can continue to SPEAK of this TRUTH, I will continue to watch your videos. I will share this, because you have lifted me up. Your wife and many other women understand, our MACHOISM, is B.S. and she will help you get through these hard times.
No one can hold their breath for 17 minutes.
i dont believe he did that for 17 minutes im just not believing it
45 secounds
Donald Trump has got to be the mental tuff;s in the entire universe.
Soft is when you dare to show you have heart
I love your truths bc we are all alike
You are right!
I was tough, physical and mental. I was 39, fit as only a military man can be. I did all the runs with my men. With 80lb packs. Then one sunny October day I was biking home from the base and I was hit by a car broadside. I woke up in the hospital. And all the physical toughness evaporated. But the mental toughness increased.
Too many people expect that life never includes set backs. The truth of life is that everything changes . If things are great today, in the future an unexpected event will change it it. When things are tough, expect to do the hard work to make things better. I have had to live this by example. Some of my tests include: blinded one eye, near fatal stroke and widowed. Truthfully. recovering from the loss of my wife and recovery after stroke took all I had to build a new normal afterwards. Remember, as bad as you think you have it, someone else has survived worse. So, buck it up and make it better!
@Nancy In the garden Not really sure what your issue is. I have known people who gave up simply because they believed their own challenges were just too overwhelming to overcome. It can be instructive to look at what others have been able to accomplish. There is nothing wrong with looking outside yourself for advice and guidance. recovering may be to a new normal based on your remaining abilities. Try recovering from a stroke. The measure of success is not who you used to be, but have you made the most of your remaining abilities.. When you have done the work to recover all that you can, be thankful for what you have now.
I disagree with Thai bc you’re comparing self to others AGAIN!!! Compare yourself to who YOU were yesterday ten years ago twenty Never another’s circumstances we all begin, work through, and are today!!! That’s who you measure
2 minutes
With years and life experience I have learned to welcome difficult situations in my life because I know they will make me stronger. I still cry about it but is all up to me
Love this channel. This episode goes on the playlist with this classic: uzworld.info/player/video/fnC3n9eDd62ZdXQ
Sure wish more people would watch your message. People who need to hear it will never see this. Mental toughness is missing from our population. When shit hits the fan mental toughness will be your friend.
