  • 4:53 1. Have a whole day where you look at past year and write a new plan for the new year. 6:25 2. Measure your data. To anticipate what to target 7:05 3. Dont overestimate your year. That's why you need to see your revenue and target that push because of momentum etc. 9:36 4. Not knowing what matters. 9:53 Book - Measure what matters John doerr If you dont know what are the matrics. You will not progress. Know your most important measures. 11:17 5. Research your data Study. Look at history 99% happened already. 12:33 6. Not learning new skills. When going on new year. Ask yourself, who I need to be to make X money because I I'm Y right now. 13:33 Make 3-5 skills and order the best books on those skills 14:02 Cash is king. Increase the amount of your own cash. 15:18 Expect the worst case scenario. Expect the unexpected next year. What to act and how when that thing happens again. 16:47 You not knowing how to incentives yourself. 18:17 Patrick read 200 books. I'm weak. 19:00 Tips on parenting. When you threaten your kid keep your word. Dont reward yourself if you dont hit the goals, because when you will hit them you will feel better ,the process if hard work is so rewarding, when you dont you lie to yourself and stop your momentum. Like when patrick didn't have sex for 17 months 19:55 Cut the things that are bad for you. (The Fat) Unfollow people who are toxic. Look at the people who you talk to,and cut the toxic people out of then. 21:11 Dont avoid people who help you and confront you gentle respectful, tough, and finds leaks. Dont be around people who make you happy all the time because you will never progress. 22:28 Dont focus too much on competition do you the best. It's like not looking at other people look at yourself and improve. You have different intangibles and they have improve yours. 23:19 Dont be afraid of the competition be inspired of them and focus on you. 24:30 Do your calendar, days are must to celebrate , put things , and put things too not late space on calender 25:29 Not knowing who you are recruiting next. It's not only about business it's about life in general like wife , somebody who will do your chores etc.

  • The 20, as I understood them: 1. 4:50 Quiet time. Plan solitary thinking for an entire day with as much data and materials as you need. 2. 6:30 Data. Keep your data around you and measure it. 3. 7:00 Estimate within scope. Don't over estimate your year and do not under estimate your ten year. 4. 9:38 Important measures. Measure what matters. OKRs. 5. 11:15 Research. Seek out your own information on important matters. 6. 12:30 Up skills. Immerse yourself in 3-5 new skill sets to learn. 7. 14:00 Liquid cash. Emphasize increasing cash reserves to be able to pivot. 8. 15:16 Prepper. Create a standard operating procedure with biz and fam in case of another shut-down. 9. 16:46 Incentive reprograming. If you make a threat or pinky promise, keep your word. 10. 19:55 Unnecessary toxic. Cut out counterproductive relationships from your life. 11. 21:10 Small thinking. Give proper weight to your counsel's advise. 12. 22:25 Aim focus. Zone into what you are doing not on to what the competition is doing. 13. 23:18 Competition inspiration. Inspire your plan by competitors who are not a threat at your level. 14. 24:29 Calendar. Unify all your calendars into one calendar to plan all your events. 15. 25:30 Inner circle. Identify who are going to be the next people you recruit into your life. 16. 26:50 Name your year. Identify the theme of your year and give it a title. 17. 28:10 Next five moves. Come up with next steps for each area of your plan. 18. 29:11 Ball and chain. Consider if your non-spouse partner should stay or go. 19. 30:44 Team plan. Get a pulse on your team by scheduling planning time with each team member. 20. 32:20 Publish the plan. Share your plan to reinforce accountability to yourself.

The fat I desperately want to cut is of fellow "creators" who only want to grow, but don't want to actually create and serve the community with something of value. From now on, I only want to follow channels and influencers who are DOING something of worth, not just following to be nice

  • Million Dollar Potential in Ruvol I have invented a Board Game [still unpublished and not yet out in the market] that is guaranteed to be far more challenging and exciting than CHESS. I called it “RUVOL.” Over time, Ruvol will surpass chess as the “Number One Board Game in the World.” Why am I so sure about this? Because I am an avid chess player myself. The weakness of chess is it always starts in fixed positions that the opening moves become “memorizable.” In fact, not a few have so mastered the moves that they can play against their opponents “blindfolded.” It is for this very reason that the great Bobby Fischer introduced his so-called “Fischer Random Chess,” where the starting position of the pieces is “randomized” to make the memorization of openings impracticable. Fortunately, it is also for this reason that I invented Ruvol where “every game” has been calculated to be a challenging one to play. HOW IS RUVOL PLAYED? Ruvol is played somewhat like chess. It is played by two players. It uses a board that is rectangular in shape but contains more number of squares than chess. It has equal number of pieces on each side of the board, where each type of pieces moves in distinct ways. However, if the way to win chess is to checkmate the opponent’s king, the way to win Ruvol is to be able to cross a designated line. But there’s one big advantage Ruvol has over chess: The Ruvol pieces don’t have a fixed position at the start of the game. It is the players themselves who dictate the starting position, depending on the strategies they have planned before the game starts, making it impossible for any clever player to memorize the opening moves. A MILLION DOLLAR POTENTIAL IN RUVOL! The people who play chess will be the same people who will play Ruvol. In my Google search, I learned there are around 800 million chess players in the world. These 800 million players comprise the “Total Potential Buyers” of Ruvol across the globe. At an average profit of just US$3 per set, the “Global Income Potential” of Ruvol then is US$2.4 billion. Assuming only 1% of it will buy each year, the annual global potential sale of Ruvol is US$24M. I AM LOOKING FOR AN INVESTOR! For the reason that I don’t have the resources to publish Ruvol on a global scale, you might be interested to have the exclusive right to manufacture and market Ruvol globally under a “licensing agreement.” Or better yet, just “BUY MY COPYRIGHT” and Ruvol is entirely yours. Email me at: rodolfovitangcol@gmail.com. Thanks and God bless! RODOLFO MARTIN VITANGCOL The Ruvol Inventor

Not learning new skills. Make a list 3-5 skills set and order top books on the subject. 7. Not having cash. 8. Not preparing for the worst case scenario. 9. Not knowing how to incentivize. 10. Eliminate negative people in your life. / Not cutting the fat. 11. Asking small thinkers for feedback. 12. Focusing too much on competition. 13. Letting competition intimidate you. 14. Not planning with calendar. 15. Not knowing who your next recruits are. 16. Not giving every year a theme. 17. Not having the next five move in order. 18. Going into the year with the wrong partner. 19. Not doing business plan with their team. 20. Keeping the business plan as a secret.

Personal development, 6. Spiritual Recap the year that has passed: 1. Study trends 2. Good/bad/ugly 3. compare the previous year (i. month to month, and ii. quarter to quarter ) 4. Missed opportunities 5. SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) Look up potential threats 1. Industry 2. Politics 3. Economy 4. Regulation 5. Family/Health/Personal 6. • POINT: Kamala has not resigned her Senate seat yet. Because of that she couldn't say she is Vice-President elect while she is still a Senator - that would be claiming a conflicting government role contrary to her elected position, she might be sanctioned for claiming two offices at once. Kamala obviously doesn't believe she will actually become Veep, or Prez, yet.
