  • The longest I’ve fasted was 36 hours. I try to fast for at least once a year. The tough part is not being able to exercise intensely since I’m a pretty active person. I did a workout twice while fasting and I felt awful after both times. Very lightheaded, and while I finished my workouts, it wasn’t a great idea.

  • Great info on fasting, but his dietary advice is just vegan propaganda... He says SOS free, yet he never mentions the heavy supplementation long term plant based diet require, dha, epa, b12 are all deficiencies and can only be found through supplementation. Veganism is not our natural diet, taking in loads of fiber without the proper amino acids destroys the lining of the gut, which is why so many vegans have gut issues. And dairy is a processed animal found, just the same as any vegan processed food, i hate how he lumps dairy as something mat eaters claim as healthy, when even people who follow a carnivorous diet often say eggs and dairy are allergenic to most. humans ate meat and fat, and diets which focus on meat and fat are seeing greater results than any plant based diet. It bothers me when doctors have an agenda, rather than just speaking truth.

  • For most people water fasting is not a problem and they don't need medical supervision as long as they have common sense like checking their glucose ketones and blood pressure. If you don't know about those things and yes of course you need to be checked. I've gone on 15-20 and 25 day fast with no problems. I'm not saying they're easy because the time they weren't and sometimes I have cut my fast off and I started to feel sick.

You cannot be Catholic and be involved in the free masonry. the free masons love to involve The Catholic Faith in their evil schemes. these cains (free masons) have done this since Jesus time. as for the Pope, he is not a free mason either but there many ecclesiastical free masons within the vatican. The Pope has no say it is in fact a Persecution for him. ALL Popes were murdered by the free masons . the world is ignorant of this and they have no idea the ONLY evil group of this entire world is the free masons

  • Million Dollar Potential in Ruvol I have invented a Board Game [still unpublished and not yet out in the market] that is guaranteed to be far more challenging and exciting than CHESS. I called it “RUVOL.” Over time, Ruvol will surpass chess as the “Number One Board Game in the World.” Why am I so sure about this? Because I am an avid chess player myself. The weakness of chess is it always starts in fixed positions that the opening moves become “memorizable.” In fact, not a few have so mastered the moves that they can play against their opponents “blindfolded.” It is for this very reason that the great Bobby Fischer introduced his so-called “Fischer Random Chess,” where the starting position of the pieces is “randomized” to make the memorization of openings impracticable. Fortunately, it is also for this reason that I invented Ruvol where “every game” has been calculated to be a challenging one to play. HOW IS RUVOL PLAYED? Ruvol is played somewhat like chess. It is played by two players. It uses a board that is rectangular in shape but contains more number of squares than chess. It has equal number of pieces on each side of the board, where each type of pieces moves in distinct ways. However, if the way to win chess is to checkmate the opponent’s king, the way to win Ruvol is to be able to cross a designated line. But there’s one big advantage Ruvol has over chess: The Ruvol pieces don’t have a fixed position at the start of the game. It is the players themselves who dictate the starting position, depending on the strategies they have planned before the game starts, making it impossible for any clever player to memorize the opening moves. A MILLION DOLLAR POTENTIAL IN RUVOL! The people who play chess will be the same people who will play Ruvol. In my Google search, I learned there are around 800 million chess players in the world. These 800 million players comprise the “Total Potential Buyers” of Ruvol across the globe. At an average profit of just US$3 per set, the “Global Income Potential” of Ruvol then is US$2.4 billion. Assuming only 1% of it will buy each year, the annual global potential sale of Ruvol is US$24M. I AM LOOKING FOR AN INVESTOR! For the reason that I don’t have the resources to publish Ruvol on a global scale, you might be interested to have the exclusive right to manufacture and market Ruvol globally under a “licensing agreement.” Or better yet, just “BUY MY COPYRIGHT” and Ruvol is entirely yours. • 24 days! My first water fast was 7 days after reading about it online. I suffered from fibromyalgia with miserable pain, at day four I awoke to the feeling I was levitating in my bed, just floating PAIN free! I was like OMG if this is possible I will never eat again! At day 7 I broke the water fast due to fear from stories about how unsafe it was reported to be.... As I started to eat the pain came back with a vengence some few years later I discover the watercure ( The Body's Many Cries for Water: by Dr F. Batmanghelidj M.D) and I discovered that my 30 year fasting from SALT had brought me this pain as well as dementia! Pain and confusion turned around in short order after adding salt back to my diet! (per the formula). So if you eat you NEED salt... but not excesses and also the more water you drink the more you need salt. Just sayin.... LOVE for Dr Batman. RIP

Staying away from the obvious trash foods is very important. If you look for every single meal to be pleasurable your headed down the wrong path. Eat to live not live to eat

Could they get so stuck that they wouldn't be able to move and maybe die Like I said originally, I actually got stuck. Tried moving but couldn't, luckily I could after a few moments but it makes me wonder if some folks could stay stuck.

    • Most people overlook this little detail, it can actually cause more issues than just discomfort. I went hunting with my buddies during a strong cold front, I had fasted for a few days (2-3) to feel energized for the week before hand. I left our little shelter to go outside and I had this odd reaction I've never had before. Even when I had been forced to freeze in the military lol What happened was, when I stepped outside and got hit by the cold front my body locked up for about 30 seconds and could not move. I wanted to move but I physically couldn't, it was weird I was cold but I had been colder in my life before and didn't lock up. After some time I could move again and felt fine This happened multiple times on the trip when I would step outside the warm shelter into the cold. I would be fine but for about 30 seconds it's as if my body needed to adjust to the cold. It was weird and only happens when fasted

What did the state of Ca. Medical Board do when the scientific results and personal testimonies validated Goldhamers fasting based “cure”? They sued him in court to remove his license and impoverish him. The result? The Union backed Goldhamer and Goldhamer’s factually based case won, this time at least, in court.

Really it's more for your benefit because a heavy meal after longer fasts can be tough and give some stomach comfort issues. But if you can handle it, it's fine just the befits may be reduced a bit. Still, be glad you did it and maybe you can start hitting some longer fasts in their. Peace be the Journey!

  • If you do a fast there is the Daniel fast. He ate only vegetables for 10 days because he refused to eat the king's choice food. He was chosen along with his friends at the end because he became healthier than all the others who ate the king's food. They were chosen to serve the king after. Daniel 1:11-15 11 Daniel then said to the guard whom the chief official had appointed over Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael and Azariah, 12 “Please test your servants for ten days: Give us nothing but vegetables to eat and water to drink. 13 Then compare our appearance with that of the young men who eat the royal food, and treat your servants in accordance with what you see.” 14 So he agreed to this and tested them for ten days. 15 At the end of the ten days they looked healthier and better nourished than any of the young men who ate the royal food. 16 So the guard took away their choice food and the wine they were to drink and gave them vegetables instead

Another point here, is that we do this not to starve ourselves but to feel poor and needy people and we try to be the best versions of ourselves in this month, good luck man.

I was already plant based but we cut down on oils salt and sugar a lot. It’s hard at first, but you get used to it, just increase herbs seasoning and spices and the foods taste amazing, you can actually taste each vegetable, grain and beans in you plate instead of just a bunch of salt! This week we did our first 72h fasting and it was tough, first day is brutal, second day you don’t even feel hungry anymore, third day I was feeling very weak.. but definitely will be doing it again soon, my skin definitely feels like baby skin!

  • Dr. Goldhammer runs TrueNorth. In addition to fasting, they also have a program for patients who come to do a whole food plant based diet to eliminate inflammatory foods and therefore inflammatory disease conditions. They have several MDs, DCs, PhD’s, and other healthcare professionals working there. I went there last year. It was a great, helpful experience. It’s also the most economical healing facility with the most daily medical supervision in the US. That’s important for a lot of people! They operate as a nonprofit. They also have many affiliated MDs and RDs who have made videos teaching the peer-reviewed evidence that shows how this lifestyle habit-change program can reverse disease. You can watch all of the educational recorded classes and other live classes while there. There’s so much you can learn there and come out feeling better, knowledgeable and with new healthy habits. (I’m not affiliated with their organization, I’ve just seen and experienced their good work). They are very worth considering if you want to get healthier and take a quick deep dive into how to stay healthy.
