  • Million Dollar Potential in Ruvol I have invented a Board Game [still unpublished and not yet out in the market] that is guaranteed to be far more challenging and exciting than CHESS. I called it “RUVOL.” Over time, Ruvol will surpass chess as the “Number One Board Game in the World.” Why am I so sure about this? Because I am an avid chess player myself. The weakness of chess is it always starts in fixed positions that the opening moves become “memorizable.” In fact, not a few have so mastered the moves that they can play against their opponents “blindfolded.” It is for this very reason that the great Bobby Fischer introduced his so-called “Fischer Random Chess,” where the starting position of the pieces is “randomized” to make the memorization of openings impracticable. Fortunately, it is also for this reason that I invented Ruvol where “every game” has been calculated to be a challenging one to play. HOW IS RUVOL PLAYED? Ruvol is played somewhat like chess. It is played by two players. It uses a board that is rectangular in shape but contains more number of squares than chess. It has equal number of pieces on each side of the board, where each type of pieces moves in distinct ways. However, if the way to win chess is to checkmate the opponent’s king, the way to win Ruvol is to be able to cross a designated line. But there’s one big advantage Ruvol has over chess: The Ruvol pieces don’t have a fixed position at the start of the game. It is the players themselves who dictate the starting position, depending on the strategies they have planned before the game starts, making it impossible for any clever player to memorize the opening moves. A MILLION DOLLAR POTENTIAL IN RUVOL! The people who play chess will be the same people who will play Ruvol. In my Google search, I learned there are around 800 million chess players in the world. These 800 million players comprise the “Total Potential Buyers” of Ruvol across the globe. At an average profit of just US$3 per set, the “Global Income Potential” of Ruvol then is US$2.4 billion. Assuming only 1% of it will buy each year, the annual global potential sale of Ruvol is US$24M. I AM LOOKING FOR AN INVESTOR! For the reason that I don’t have the resources to publish Ruvol on a global scale, you might be interested to have the exclusive right to manufacture and market Ruvol globally under a “licensing agreement.” Or better yet, just “BUY MY COPYRIGHT” and Ruvol is entirely yours. Email me at: rodolfovitangcol@gmail.com. Thanks and God bless! RODOLFO MARTIN VITANGCOL The Ruvol Inventor

Look the other way Joe while we build the South China sea islands? Why did Russia give Joe Biden son Hunter 3.5 million dollars for what? Why did Russia pay the Clinton foundation 145 million dollars for what? 20% of US uranium sold to Russia? Why? Don't forget about Ukraine the 1 billion dollars loan for Ukraine oil and gas industry? Who is Joe Biden working for? Why does Joe Biden want to shut down the oil and gas industry in the United States? Why is it OK for China did pollute for Ukraine to pollute? • This video missed the mark on at least two separate fronts. First, the title of the video doesn't come close to fitting. The question it asks was not answered. Second, you CAN"T throw out an acronym [i.e. BENS] and not tell the audience what it stands for. I can't express how frustrating that is to hear an acronym thrown around and not know what it means. This was the worst video, by far, in the series. It is nothing but an ego-inflation exercise for the former Brigadier General. I learned virtually nothing other than how good he thinks he is at his civilian and military jobs. That and the fact that I felt his military service was just a placeholder so he could make whatever contacts he needed, to jump into civilian life, with the most well paying, cushy job he could find. And I think if you objectively listen, you will hear the same thing.

  • To me, what’s so weird about listening to all these highly decorated military personnel and how intelligent they seem to be, including the personal losses they almost all have had: is since Korea and Vietnam until and including our current situation , both officially and unofficially, how tragic they really are, in terms of loss of life as well as economically. (Sorry about the long sentence). Losing Vietnam could have been a lesson on how difficult it is to go into a country and thinking we can simply impose our ideology when it isn’t welcome. etc, etc, etc. Frankly , our biggest problem is now the apparent lack of cohesiveness (or at least that is what we are meant to believe)

  • Very disappointing. When Votel mentions 5G and treating businesses as partners over vendors, how about raising the questions of responsibility to SERVE the people? Because as I interpret this, all I hear is A group making money and looking out for their interests. What about what he says identifies effort to create security for the people? I hear control not security. And the rebuilding of war zones is A known strategy. We know industries fund both sides of wars and fight for the financial interests of "re-building". Egotistical maniacs destroying first then pretending they care by making profit on the recovery. I was hoping you would ask the right questions and I heard none.

  • The truth at any cost, lowers all other costs. Politics is the entertainment branch of industry. “The illusion of freedom [in America] will continue as long as it’s profitable to continue the illusion. At the point where the illusion becomes too expensive to maintain, they will just take down the scenery, they will pull back the curtains, they will move the tables and chairs out of the way and you will see the brick wall at the back of the theater.” I don't have to tell you how evil this brainwashing is. But I do have to remind you that mass media play these sorts of manipulative tricks on their audience, day in and day out. With mass media, you are not the customer - you are the product. In practice, most force majeure clauses do not excuse a party's non-performance entirely, but only suspend it for the duration of the force majeure.[1] Force majeure is generally intended to include occurrences beyond the reasonable control of a party, and therefore would not cover: Any result of the negligence or malfeasance of a party, which has a materially adverse effect on the ability of such party to perform its obligations.[2]Any result of the usual and natural consequences of external forces. To illuminate this distinction, take the example of an outdoor public event abruptly called off.If the cause for cancellation is ordinary predictable rain, this is most probably not force majeure. If the cause is a flash flood that damages the venue or makes the event hazardous to attend, then this almost certainly is force majeure, other than where the venue was on a known flood plain or the area of the venue was known to be subject to torrential rain.[3]Some causes might be arguable borderline cases (for instance, if unusually heavy rain occurred, rendering the event significantly more difficult, but not impossible, to safely hold or attend); these must be assessed in light of the circumstances.Any circumstances that are specifically contemplated (included) in the contract-for example, if the contract for the outdoor event specifically permits or requires cancellation in the event of rain. Under international law, it refers to an irresistible force or unforeseen event beyond the control of a state making it materially impossible to fulfill an international obligation, and is related to the concept of a state of emergency.[4] Force majeure in any given situation is controlled by the law governing the contract, rather than general concepts of force majeure. The law of the contract often specified by a choice of law clause in the agreement, and if not is decided by a statute or principles of general law which apply to the contract. The first step to assess whether - and how - force majeure applies to any particular contract is to ascertain the law of the country which governs the contract.....

We all already have 4g which is plenty but most importantly safe, and most of us have 10 mbit internet+ which is fine for 4 people in a single house doing basic, text/youtube and other things. And if you have to work home you just make a hotspot on your phone and people can use their free 10-100gb free data they have. 4G can anyway most times do 20-100 mbit for most people which is, enough for 4 people to run Netflix in 4k, while also doing other things on the net. I did not expect such a low move from a General. This seems very Trump/china inspired.

    • You are spot on Daniel. He's a product of the Army promotion system...a system that promotes guys and gals that aren't really intelligent but rather tow the party line, look the part, and not much else...

    • @Seth L Seems legit. I was a fan of General Spalding before and just learned of Votel from this video.

    • @Charles Smallins hold your horses, I’m sure Daniel Clayton means Votel can’t reveal anything classified. BTW Votel is awesome. I used to work for him (a few levels down on the hierarchy though).

  • Another idea is to help people like myself, who have brilliant ideas but are alone and isolated in getting in touch with leaders who can assist in connecting with people who can bring our ideas forward.

  • When I saw the title of this interview I was really excited to hear it. And then there was the first 11-minutes of garbled audio that made it impossible to understand what the interview guest was saying. But I noticed the on-screen notice saying, "Audio fixed at 11 minutes." So I hung in and waited for the 11-minute mark, only to be rewarded for my patience with marginally improved audio quality. Granted, the post 11-minute audio was better, but it was still bad and, by today's standards, unacceptably Mickey Mouse. I first heard General Spaulding in his "Life After Coronavirus" interview with Patrick on April 23, 2020, and thought at the time that he was someone I wanted to keep tabs on and follow. So I was really excited to see the new Valuetainment "Generally Speaking" series. But pleeeze, make sure future interviews are technically correct and up to standard. General Spalding is incredibly intelligent and has a lot to offer. For that reason alone, it is imperative that we be able to understand what he and his guests are saying. Thank you.

    • @Kimberly McClintock According to Wiki, "He currently serves as a Senior Fellow at the Hudson Institute." If you haven't seen it, you MUST see his interview with Patrick on November 29, 2019, entitled "China’s Silent Takeover While America's Elite Slept." Spalding (I misspelled his name above, Spauling) is a China specialist and his insight into the Chinese Communist Party and their "Master Plan" is eye opening.

  • Was working while I listened and don't think I heard "America's greatest National Security Risk" as an individual, stated item. Seemed a more general conversation about BENS and what they have done and do. Interesting for sure and good to know it exists, the best of America is seen in public private partnership on the broad level and seen in the common American citizen who goes on in day to day good living and rises to special occasions when needed As I read and take courses at Hillsdale, free online, light courses, I am amazed at the Constitution and brilliance of our founders. As the comedian Yakov Smirnov (spelling) used to joke, "What a country!", but he became a solid American patriot having come from Russia.

    • Amen. I worked at a certain Defense contractor, the BS about "supporting the warfighter" disgusted me. It's all about blood money and the owners of these corps don't give a ratts arse about military members and veterans. We are cannon fodder to their profits.

  • Can you add subtitle functionality to your videos pls, thanks. Also, if I may, suggest you cut from one direct headshot to other as is normal flow in media...its odd to see both interviewer and interviewee looking in same direction. It does not make visual sense and makes it harder to follow. thanks for content. the side shot is all wrong coming from behind for such long takes, too. sorry for the criticism of visual flow

    • Well first you didn’t even spell benefit correctly. Secondly there are thousands of government grants you can apply for. If you apply and do not get awarded that means what you think you have of benefit only you think it’s of benefit. The government says differently hence why the grant you apply for is not awarded. Let that sink in

The eighteen intelligence services? Technocrats bent on destroying democracy? Do any of these get a mention? Military meatheads, who would listen to them anyway?

  • Really great dialogue with a very important figure. I highlight two very disappointing responses to your questions intending it as a forward constructive step for thought leaders such as the general, yourself and foot soldiers like me. When asked about the issue of separation of powers between private and government involvement the General Votel mumbled an answer and actually seemed to mention China as beast system he could not talk about. Secondly when asked about the utmost issue in our political life today concerning training replacements we notice octogenarians both running the system and seeking higher offices. The general's response concerning the duty to mentor was to make four points saying you are on your own; you are a self trusting hero like me? and that's an answer? I don't think it reflects well on our military hierarchy..
